  • Sales Manager (United Kingdom)

    We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager, who as an independent contractor, will help to drive the exponential growth of our business in Europe with a strong focus on the UK through an ambitious sales strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with leading Neurologists, Neuroscientists, Radiologists and IT/PACS engineers on the implementation, sales and support of our software products. A very independent and flexible work attitude is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and, ultimately, improved patient care.

    Core responsibilities
    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of CorTechs Labs’ product portfolio and contributing to a highly profitable and customer-centric organisation. You will be helping to shape and execute the sales strategy for your region through your responsibilities to:

    • define and optimize business models;
    • define ambitious commercial targets and develop a successful sales funnel;
    • drive new business model acceptance among various stakeholders in the hospital;
    • build strong relationships with existing and future clients;
    • understand the buyer journey and decision-making units;
    • drive sales conversion from qualified leads to multi-year contracts;
    • implement and maintain a CRM dashboard and monitor sales cycle metrics to continuously improve funnel, sales cycle timelines and forecast predictability;
    • ensure compliance with regulatory affairs, quality control, and privacy systems.

    As a Sales Manager you will be your customer’s voice within CorTechs Labs:

    • provide product feedback and market intelligence to our internal teams (management, marketing, product development);
    • work closely with all teams within CorTechs Labs (product, medical, service) to create an inclusive customer experience – before and after deal closing.

    What we value:

    • experience with hospital IT environments, knowledge about PACS;

  • Customer and Sales Support Engineer (San Diego)

    Based in San Diego, CorTechs Labs is a growing developer of medical device software and an innovator in the field of medical imaging. The company develops and markets cutting-edge brain imaging software solutions that aid the diagnosis of brain disorders and are used by neurologists and radiologists in hundreds of clinics and research centers around the world.
    CorTechs Labs is seeking candidates for a Customer Support position to strengthen their North American operations. This position will work closely with radiology techs, IT, PACS, and technical engineers on the implementation and support of our software.

    A very independent and flexible work attitude is required with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support and educate customers during the installation, integration, and use of our medical imaging products
    • Install and integrate systems into client environments, remotely and on site
    • Support our sales organization to address technical issues during and after the sales process
    • Organize, set up, and manage trial accounts to support prospective customers

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in biomedical or computer sciences
    • Demonstrable understanding of medical imaging technologies and standards such as PACS, DICOM, HL7, MRI, CT
    • Experience with radiology workflow and the support of medical device software
      Ability to visually assess medical image quality from modalities such as MR and CT
    • Advanced working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, including troubleshooting installation and networking issues, firewalls, anti-virus, and remote access tools
    • Good interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and writing skills
    • Must be flexible, reliable and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
    • Prior experience with software deployment in an FDA-regulated environment is a plus
    • Experience with general system administration and command line operation of Linux and Mac OS are a plus
    • Technical writing skills and experience are a plus
